  Mervat and Amyra were awesome and helped me so much. I had trouble remembering passwords and they were still able to transfer data and set up icons. They were extremely friendly and professional.

  Be careful what you are paying for. I was charged $20 per phone to transfer my contacts and pictures and for setting up an email. Thought I was paying for activation fees. As it was they only transferred the contacts. As soon as we said no thanks to buying cases they were done helping us. We waited hours to get our contacts transferred. Should have trusted the reviews and gone to another place.
