  My mom ordered some pictures for my brothers grad party, the website said everything would be ready by 4:35 pm. When i got there the pictures werent done saying they never got it, and were completely disrespectful saying it was at another store. I had my mom make another order to the same exact store on the website, then it showed up. The lady was still disrespectful and acted like she didnt want to do the photos. later on went back and the banner that was ordered still wasn't done. The first print of the banner had a smudge, so they reprinted it and the machine ran out of paper (who knows how long it was sitting there like that). finally after 30 - 45 minutes of waiting i finally got the rest of the stuff that was ordered. i would not recommend this store to anyone for photos.
